"Hired Pete and his crew to install a Lonestar Charleston Pool. Very professional rrom start to finish. Pete's crew are hard workers, and does not take short cuts from what I seen. They helped with drainage in my yard by installing french drains as well as relocating septic pipes away from pool to meet county regulations. Would highly recommend Simply Pools before recommending any other pool builder. The only complaints I have is with Lonestar Fiberglass Pool manufacturer and the pool equipment installer. Lonestars spray blemishes are terrible. There is an uneven spray pattern and what seems to be like tape lines from a faulty spray gun or a sprayer who didn't know what he was doing. They refused to repair, claiming that is just the way it is (last pictures). The issue with the pool equipment installer is that they never came back to vacuum all pieces of concrete and debris out of the pool. Only got the water chemically balanced and left. I also have a leak on filter that was scheduled to be fixed as well as pool school, and they never showed up. It has been just over 90 days, and now my chlorinator is not working properly either. I know they are a separate company, but I will call both companies to see what help I can get to resolve the issue. But I will still give 5 stars for outstanding work from the crew at Simply Pools."

"Pete, Whitney and team provided exceptional service and put or vision to life right in front of our eyes. I loved the fact that I was able to explain to Whitney Curtis exactly what I was envisioning and with the work and support from Pete and the team it became our reality. Having dual businesses also aided our decision in working with this company and team because we also added a basketball court and sidewalk to our pool equipment… gotta love a two for one deal!!!"
